As part of the short presentations and formal business of the meeting, Helen Jameson, Chair, will provide an update on the Society’s activities during the past year and on current priorities. Libby Bassett, Honorary Treasurer, will give a presentation on the Accounts of the Society CIO for the year ended 31 December 2025.
Drinks are available from 7.00pm and after the conclusion of the meeting from the ArtsEd bar. This gives members an opportunity for informal discussion with members of the Executive Committee and to meet other members of the Society.

Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 3rd Annual General Meeting of The Bedford Park Society Charitable Incorporated Organisation (“the Society CIO”) will be held at The ArtsEd, 14 Bath Road, Chiswick, W4 1LY on Wednesday 3 June 2026 at 7.30pm for the following purposes:
1. Welcome by the President.
2. Apologies for absence.
3. Chair’s Report, Questions and Receipt of the Annual Review.
4. Treasurer’s Report, Questions and Adoption of the Accounts of the Society CIO for the year ended 31 December 2025.
5. Approval of the appointment of George Hay and Co as independent accountant of the Society CIO.
6. Election of members of Executive Committee of the Society CIO.
7. Conclusion of Formal Business.
